This format balances theory, practical experience, and flexibility to meet the diverse needs of our students, empowering them to excel in the field of pre-school education.

On-the-Job Training and Observation Sessions:

One of the cornerstones of our “Diploma in Pre-School Teacher Training” program is the practical experience gained through on-the-job training and observation sessions. These sessions are designed to provide students with hands-on exposure to the dynamics of a nursery or pre-school environment, where they can apply their knowledge and skills in real-world settings.

Duration and Requirements:

  • Total Hours: Students are required to complete a minimum of 360 hours of on-the-job training and observation sessions.

Key Components:

  1. Observation: During the observation sessions, students will have the opportunity to observe experienced pre-school teachers and educators in action. This allows them to gain valuable insights into classroom management, teaching techniques, and the interactions between educators and young children.

  2. Practical Experience: Students will actively participate in the day-to-day operations of the nursery or pre-school. This hands-on experience includes planning and conducting age-appropriate activities, interacting with children, and assisting in the implementation of curriculum guidelines.

Supervision and Guidance:

  • Throughout the training and observation period, students must be supervised and guided by experienced mentors and educators who will provide valuable feedback and support.

Benefits:

  • These training and observation sessions serve as a bridge between theory and practice, allowing students to apply what they’ve learned in a real educational setting.
  • Students will develop essential teaching skills, gain confidence in their abilities, and build a deeper understanding of the unique needs of young learners.

Assessment:

  • The practical experience gained during on-the-job training and observation will be assessed as part of the course. It is a critical component of the overall evaluation.

Our commitment is to provide students with a well-rounded and immersive learning experience. The on-the-job training and observation sessions are integral to our “Diploma in Pre-School Teacher Training” program, ensuring that graduates are fully prepared to excel as pre-school educators upon completion of the course.
